We appreciate that your order is expected to be delivered within 3 to 10 working days from the day you receive your order confirmation email.

  • order takes from 10 to 15 days

  • packaging takes from 5 to 8 days

  • delivery takes from 5 to 8 days 

  • Delivery Charges will be:

    • 85 EGP within Cairo and Giza.

    • 110 EGP everywhere else.

  • If no one is available to accept the delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange an alternative delivery date or receive additional information on collecting your order from the courier company.

Orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday, excluding Fridays and public holidays.
